The dataset of the manuscript Fully convolutional network for rice seedling and weed image segmentation at the seedling stage in paddy fields

The folder 'rice_seedling_and_weed_dataset' containing Ground Truth images and RGB images. All the image were in the folder: 'rice_seedling_and_weed_dataset\image': image_1.jpg, image_2.jpg ...... All the Ground Truth image were in the folder: 'rice_seedling_and_weed_dataset\PixelLabelData': Label_1.png, Label_2.png ......The file of 'gTruth.mat' can associate Ground Truth images with RGB images. The file of 'imageLabelingSession.mat'was configuration information of labeled data.The file directory must be 'D:\rice seedling and weed dataset'.
