资源简介:
The table is the supporting information for a journal article with data about the structures and physico-chemical properties of the selected compounds that were tested as viscosity-reducing compounds in the research. The table includes the measured viscosity of the model monoclonal antibody solution containing the tested compounds at 25 mM concentration (sample solution), which was measured at 25 °C using a viscometer-rheometer (RheoSense m-VROC, Viscometer/Rheometer-On-a-Chip) based on microfluidic and MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical systems) technologies using the A05 chip. In addition, it includes the viscosity that the solution of the model monoclonal antibody has at the concentration of the sample solution (baseline viscosity) and the relative viscosity calculated as the viscosity of the sample solution divided by the baseline viscosity (relative viscosity), which represents the viscosity-reducing effect of the test compound. The potential toxicity of the test compounds has also been evaluated with the knowledge-based expert system Nexus Derek (Lhasa Limited, Leeds, UK) and its knowledge base Derek KB 2020 1.0 and is included in the table.
