This dataset represents X-ray microtomography of an entire mouse brain with isotropic 0.65 μm voxels. Data were acquired at the ANATOMIX Beamline at Synchrotron SOLEIL from a post-mortem mouse brain fixed in formalin and dehydrated in ethanol. Acquisition required mosaic tiling to extend the imaged volume by a factor of about 400 and resulted in a dataset of 6.6 TB in size. A distributed multi-resolution image registration approach was developed for registering the TB-sized image to the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework v3 (CCFv3)([Wang et al., (2020)](https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2020.04.007)). The registered microtomography dataset was converted to precomputed, sharded Neuroglancer format for efficient dissemination and online viewing via [siibra explorer](https://atlases.ebrains.eu/viewer) or [Neuroglancer](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5573294). The label-free volumetric data provides electron-density related contrast and contains rich microanatomical details throughout the entire volume of the mouse brain. Alignment with the Allen Mouse Brain CCFv3 enables users to quickly localize and explore anatomical regions of the dataset online via the siibra explorer.
