This dataset provides a 10-m resolution GeoTIFF raster of predicted soil organic carbon (SOC, %) in the 0–10 cm surface layer of coastal saltmarsh soils in China for 2022. Predictions were derived using an ExtraTrees machine learning model trained with 2020–2023 field data in combination with satellite-based environmental variables, climate data, anthropogenic footprint indices, and Alpha Earth Foundation (AEF) bands. This dataset provides essential information for quantifying spatial heterogeneity in saltmarsh soil organic carbon.<br>Please cite Qi G, Wei J, Li H, et al.
