资源简介:

These archives contain the input data and results for the paper "A low-cost FPGA-based approach for pile-up corrected high-speed in vivo FLIM imaging". Content of each individual archive: - ATP_BL_power_sweep.zip: Raw FLIM images and lifetime images (with & without LPBT correction) of the neuron-targeted ATP sensor ATeam1.03YEMK in mouse cortical slices (Figure 4b,c). - ATP_NaN3.zip: Raw FLIM images and lifetime timeseries/videos of the neuron-targeted ATP sensor ATeam1.03YEMK in mouse cortical slices upon application of Sodium Azide (Figure 5a). - Fluorescein_power_sweeps.zip: Raw FLIM images, processed ROI decays, and IRF for Fluorescein + KI solutions with different lifetimes (Figure 4a). - FPGA_characterization.zip: Raw FLIM data without correction for assesing dead time and timing performance of the custom electronics (Figure 3). - LilacFLIM.zip: Raw FLIM images and lifetime timeseries/videos showing the response of the neuron-targeted lactate sensor Lilac in the somatosensory cortex of anesthetized mice to different concentrations of i.v.-injected L-lactate (Figure 5b-d). - Simulated_data.zip: Simulated raw FLIM data including ground truth (undistorted) and with the effect of different detector pulse shapes(distorted). Processed simulated data with and without the LPBT correction applied for the PicoQuant HPD average pulse shape (Figure 2).
