示范工程位于新疆阿勒泰富蕴县喀拉通克铜镍矿加乌尔尾矿库,示范规模808立方米,采用了无混凝土微生物原位尾矿固化技术。在尾矿固化工程开展前,由第三方机构对原始尾矿进行采样;工程结束后,再由第三方机构对工程措施的完成情况及效果开展评估。监测的淋滤液重金属包括Cu、Ni、Zn、Pb和Cr,参照《污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)》测量淋滤液样品重金属含量。参照《工业固体废物采样制样技术规范(HJ/T 20-1998)》进行采样点布设与尾矿样品采集,参照《固体废物 浸出毒性浸出方法 水平振荡法(HJ 557-2010)》浸提各时期尾矿样品的淋滤液,并参照《污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)》分析淋滤液重金属含量。以固化后淋滤液中重金属的削减率作为核心指标,对尾矿固化控制重金属污染的效果进行评估。

The pilot project is located at Jiawu'er Tailings Pond of Kalatongke Copper-Nickel Mine, Fuyun County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a pilot scale of 808 m³, adopting the concrete-free microbial in-situ tailings solidification technology. Before the implementation of the tailings solidification project, a third-party institution sampled the original tailings; after the project was completed, the third-party institution evaluated the completion status and effect of the engineering measures. The monitored heavy metals in the leachate include Cu, Ni, Zn, Pb and Cr, and the heavy metal content in leachate samples was measured in accordance with the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The layout of sampling points and collection of tailings samples were conducted in accordance with the Technical Specification for Sampling and Sample Preparation of Industrial Solid Wastes (HJ/T 20-1998). The leachate of tailings samples collected in different periods was extracted following the Method for Leaching Toxicity of Solid Wastes - Horizontal Oscillation Method (HJ 557-2010), and the heavy metal content in the leachate was analyzed in accordance with the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The reduction rate of heavy metals in the solidified leachate was used as the core indicator to evaluate the effect of tailings solidification in controlling heavy metal pollution.
