Time resolved investigation of crystallization of supramolecular complexes at a liquid-liquid interface

We will study the in situ growth of supramolecular host-guest interfacial crystals at the water-oil interface to uncover their structural and morphological evolution. By integrating interfacial rheology and droplet deformation experiments, we aim to link crystal growth dynamics with macroscopic rheological behavior. These insights will contribute to our understanding of in situ interfacial crystal properties and their potential in reconfigurable liquid-liquid devices.
