A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of Heihe desert station from 2015 to 2024

This dataset includes flux observation data from the Heihe desert Station from 2015 to 2024. The raw observation data were acquired by the eddy covariance system at the desert station located in the downstream of the Heihe River Basin. The station is in the Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The elevation is 1054 m. We processed the raw data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
