The differentially expressed genes were analyzed by comparing the gene expression profiles of the NF1 cell model before and after icariin treatment by transcriptome sequencing technology. The differentially expressed genes were labeled in the corresponding pathways, which can directly reflect the influence of gene expression differences in metabolic pathways and provide clues for further exploring the mechanism by which icariin promotes the osteogenic differentiation of the NF1 cell model
