16S rRNA gene sequencing _DOX-susceptibilty

The experiment was designed as follows:In the control group, six rats were caged together. In the treatment group, thirty-two rats were caged separately to induce individual differences in gut microbiota for two weeks. the treatment group received DOX at a dose of 3 mg/kg once a week for a total of five times via intraperitoneal injection (a total dose of 15 mg/kg per rat). The control group was administered 1 ml/kg of 0.9% NaCl solution via intraperitoneal injection.
