High-throughput sequencing of yak follicular and luteal pituitary

In this study, the anterior pituitary gland of yak in the follicular phase and luteal phase was used as the experimental object, and the corresponding cDNA library and small RNA library were constructed using Solexa high-throughput sequencing technology, and then compared with the reference genome. The pituitary transcriptome provides the theoretical basis.
