Deep RNA sequencing of Peripheral Whole Blood in childhood asthma

Asthma is a chronic disorder of both adults and children affecting more than 300 million people heath worldwide. Diagnose and treatment for asthma, particularly in childhood asthma have always remained a great challenge because of its complex pathogenesis and multiple triggers. The goal of this study is to compare transcriptomic profile of asthmatic children before desensitization treatment and after desensitization treatment to identify key genes as well as key noncoding RNAs.
