A map of the light levels in the growth chamber.

Arabidopsis thaliana seeds germination and Arabidopsis-L. elongata interaction studies were conducted on agar plates. These were incubated in a Percival growth chamber. Each shelf in the chamber was divided into nine regions and the light level in each region was measured using an LI-250A light meter (LI-COR) with the chamber door closed to ensure realistic conditions. Light levels on the middle and bottom shelves were measured after arranging agar plates on the above shelf/shelves. (XLSX)
