Rhein-Hunsrück: Survey with regional employers offering apprenticeships in Rhein-Hunsrück District, Germany

Survey method: Online survey administered through a structured questionnaire in the survey platform QuestionPro. Respondents were invited to provide quantitative assessments using predefined scales and ranking questions, complemented by open-ended questions allowing qualitative input and additional comments. Recruiting/sampling was purposive, to sample a large number of perspectives rather than aiming for representativeness, largely through contacts of Regionalrat Wirtschaft e.V. In several cases, several persons form one organisation filled the survey. Place and dates. The survey was open in the first half of 2025. Documentation. This document contains the standardised questionnaire used for the online survey distributed among the employers that offer apprenticeships (below). Data Processing. Data were anonymized wherever necessary. As published, the data are not cleaned; unfinished forms are included– missing values not treated; we included only the finished forms in our analyses.
