"This artifact provides an SMT-based reachability verifier for the deployed Open vSwitch\/OpenFlow microsegmentation rules. The verifier checks that (i) authorized IEC 61850 GOOSE\/SV flows are reachable across the correct switch ports, and (ii) unauthorized flows (including attacker-originated traffic) are non-reachable toward protected endpoints."
