Transcriptome sequencing of strain NY1 with the presence of low concentration of Cu2+

To reveal the mechanism on low concentration of Cu2+ promoting nitrite removal by cold-adapted bacteria NY1, and to further clarify the action mechanism of Cu2+ on denitrifying microorganisms at the gene level. This study could provide a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of nitrogen polluted wastewater at low temperature conditions.
