Hyytiälä SMEAR II Scots pine shoot and forest floor CO2 and water vapour exchange rates 2009-2019

This dataset consists of Scots pine shoot and forest floor CO2 and H2O exchange rates, measured at Hyytiälä SMEAR II site in southern Finland, in years 2009-2019.

Data columns are explained in Flux_readme.txt

Data for each year and individual chamber is in separate files, with 2- or 3-digit extension.

2-digit extensions are for soil chamber (forest floor gas exchange).

3-digit extensions are for Scots pine shoot chambers.
