Collectively agreed additional holiday allowance for full-time employees in selected sectors in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2024

The dataset contains an overview of the collectively agreed additional holiday allowance for full-time employees in selected sectors in NRW in 2024. In addition to the respective sector name, the data set contains information on holiday pay, which is indicated in different units (percentage, euro, etc.) in accordance with the underlying collective agreements. Often, the amount of the additional holiday allowance is staggered (e.g. by length of service), so that minimum and maximum values are specified in the data set for these cases. If there is a single fixed value in a particular sector, it is entered under ‘Maximum value’. Accordingly, under ‘Minimum value’, there is the entry ‘No value’. If, conversely, there is an entry under ‘Minimum value’ and under ‘Maximum value’, ‘No value’, this value is shown in the collective agreement as a collective minimum holiday allowance.
