Dataset and visual documentation of the growth of wild cucumber (Echinocystis lobata): Time-lapse videos, shoot measurements, and microscopic images

This repository contains time-lapse videos documenting the growth of an invasive climbing plant, wild cucumber (Echinocystis lobata), along with a dataset derived from these recordings — including raw and trend-corrected shoot length measurements and X/Y apex coordinates. In addition, the repository includes scans of shoot cross-sections and microscopic images taken at tendril attachment sites. A separate document provides a detailed description of the methods used to obtain and process all materials.
