Variants at multiple loci implicated in both innate and adaptive immune responses are associated with Sjögren’s syndrome

This is a genome-wide association study performed in Sjogrens syndrome in which gene expression data was used in conjunction with genotype data to perform expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) analysis. This is a case/control study.
