Sebastes fasciatus Gut and Blood mirobiome - Raw sequence reads

Wild Sebastes fasciatus were captured in 2019 and 2021 at Les Escoumins, Quebec, Canada, and then maintained at the Fisheries and Ocean Canada Maurice Lamontagne Institute in MontJoli, Quebec, Canada. 225 of them were taken for a 6-month diet treatment. 5 diets were given, Capelin fed only, Northern Shrimp fed only, Capelin and Northern Shrimp fed, Capelin for 3 months, then Northern Shrimp for 3 months, and lastly Northern Shrimp for 3 months, then Capelin for 3 months, with 15 fish per tanks and 3 replicated tanks for each diets. out of each tank, the 6 biggest fish were selected for a gut microbiome and blood microbiome analysis, for 90 fish. The goals were to compare the two niches and evaluate diet's impact on microbial signatures in the gut and the blood.
