The small RNA-sequencing data for virus-infected bat and human cells

We examined if infections by diverse RNA viruses can trigger the production of vsiRNAs in multiple cell lines derived from different bat species. To this end, we infected multiple bat cells with two positive-stranded RNA viruses, enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) and Dengue virus-2 (DENV2), and two negative-stranded RNA viruses, Nipah virus (NiV) and Ebola virus (EBOV), all of which have been reported to naturally infect bats.
