Fungal diversity on human skin during haze days

The aim of this study was to investigate the skin fungal community to address the following questions: (1) determine whether the skin fungal community diversity, composition, and network are disturbed by haze; (2) examine the diversity and taxonomic composition of skin fungal community during haze and non-haze days; (3) identify the genera associated with haze and confirm the interaction between the haze pollutant and the growth of genera in strain-level in vivo; (4) reveal the microbial assembly process of skin fungi during haze and non-haze days.
