FLs can regulate the transcription of a series of downstream genes. Therefore, this sequencing was devised to verify whether FL1 can associate with the chromatin of these downstream genes. For the verification of FLs' chromatin associating ability, 10-day-old seedlings of WT, FL3-Flag grown under continuous blue light (30 μmol·m−2·s−1) were used. Anti-Flag affinity beads were used for immunoprecipitation.
