Dataset for the paper: "Simultaneous T1, T2, R2*, PDFF, and Triglyceride Composition Estimation in the Head and Neck Using Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting on a 1.5T MRI-Linear Accelerator Hybrid System: A Prospective R-IDEAL Stage 0/1 Study".
Contains folders with imaging data in NIfTI format for both phantoms and healthy volunteers. The phantom folder contains five days of test-retest data across three different phantom types while the healthy volunteer folder contains three unique volunteers with test-retest results. Metrics vary depending on the phantom used, but at most the included quantitative maps will be:
