Dataset annotations from: Underrepresentation of children in public medical imaging data

Description of the data and file structure Public medical imaging datasets were identified and individually annotated for various metadata, most importantly patient ages. Files and variables File: public_datasets_metadata.xlsx Description: Contains multiple tabs for different categories of annotated datasets (e.g., challenges, benchmarks, dataset collections). The columns are similar across tabs and are self-explanatory. We refer users to our publication for more information on the annotation process. File: public_pediatric_datasets_metadata.xlsx Description: Contains annotations for datasets identified to contain pediatric data.
