Code and data underlying the Ruffener et al. 2024 study on habitat use in Pieris mannii butterflies

Code compilation (R language) and data sets used to generate all graphics and other analyses presented in Ruffener et al. 2024. An overview of the codes is given in the beginning of the code compilation (CodeCollectionRuffenerEtAl2024.txt). A description of the specific variables in a given data set is provided in the beginning of the corresponding code section. Note that for publication, most graphics were further polished or combined using vector graphics software, but the codes distributed here allow to accurately reproduce the results in raw form.
