Psychological stress disturbs bone metabolism via miR-335-3p/Fos signaling in osteoclast

Psychological stress interferes with bone metabolism, in which miRNAs may play an important role. To gain an insight into skeletal alterations under psychological stress, sRNA sequencing(sRNA-seq) was performed. Overall design: Femoral cancellous bone adjacent to the growth plate was dissected and collected separately from the con and cums mice, and analyzed using sRNAseq.
