FTIR spectra for ZIF-67 and ZIF-67@MIPs are measured with a Fourier-Transform Infered spectrometer ( Perkin Elmer, USA).X-ray Diffraction (XRD) for ZIF-67 is measured in a X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) (Rigako, Japan).Particle Size Distribution (PSD) for ZIF-67 and ZIF-67@MIPs are measured in a Malvern Particle Size Distributor (MPSD) (Malvern, U.K.).The adsorbance data were obtained by measuring the supernatant of the synthesized SMIP and enrofloxacin (ENR) mixture with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The static adsorption and dynamic adsorption were obtained by fixing adsorption time at 1 hour and varying the adsorption time from 1 to 60 minutes respectively.Sample loading solvents were optmized by varying the organic ratio of methanol and acetonitrile. Binding rate was calculated by dividing the ENR amount in the loading solution subtracting the leftover in the solution permeating through the SPE column by the total ENR amount in the loading solution. ENR concentrations were determined by HPLC-PDA.Recovery rate was determined by eluting the ENR sample loaded SPE column with different composition of the organic phase and measuring the ENR concentration in the collected elution after the column. Recovery rate was calculated by dividing the ENR amount in elution by the ENR amount in loading solution.Elute volume represents the minimum volume of the eluent needed to elute all of the ENR molecules binding to the SPE column. Each time 1mL of the eluent was added and collected to be measured under HPLC-PDA to see if there are any ENR molecules eluted out with the latest addition. Data in the data sheet is the chromatographs obtained from the first, second and the third addition of the eluent.Column capacity refers to the maximum ENR amount the SPE column can carry without leaking any ENR molecules after loading. Each time 1 mL of 5 µg·mL-1 of ENR solution was loaded until there were ENR detected after the column. The chromatographs of the solutions collected after the 102rd and 103rd loading were given in the data sheet.Reusability was obtained by measuring the recovery rate of the SPE column after 7 consecutive extraction experiments. Parallel experiments were conducted by using two identical columns, the average recovery rate and standard deviation were calculated based on the recovery rates from the two columns.Linear regression curve is plotted based on a series of standards, the ENR signal intensity is measured by HPLC-PDA.Real samples in the data sheet are the raw data of the chromatographs from local lake water and farm effluent. Both samples were pretreated with the established SPE method on the self-made column.
