The Global Environmental Performance Index (EPI) Dataset (2002–2014) is provided by the Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC) of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). It ranks 178 countries based on 20 performance indicators across 9 categories: Health Impacts, Air Quality, Water and Sanitation, Water Resources, Agriculture, Forests, Fisheries, Biodiversity and Habitat, as well as Climate and Energy. This dataset was jointly developed by the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy and the Center for International Earth Science Information Network at Columbia University.
