Exogenous melatonin-induced transcriptome changes of Davidia involucrata under drought stress

Dove tree (Davidia involucrata Baill.) is a rare and endangered tree species and is highly sensitive to drought. Melatonin has been shown to promote plant tolerance to multiple abiotic stresses including drought. In this project, we performed transcriptome analysis of melatonin-mediated drought response in D. involucrata seedlings.
