Planned proximity, uneven access: code and derived data for walking accessibility to social facilities in the implementation zoning plan of Van, Türkiye

Analysis scripts (ArcGIS 10.8 / Python 2.7) and derived, non-confidential data for a population-weighted assessment of walking accessibility from 18,039 demand points of the implementation zoning plan of Van (İpekyolu, Tuşba, Edremit) to five categories of social facilities on an OpenStreetMap pedestrian network, including distributional equity, spatial clustering, sensitivity analyses and a parcel-level audit table of the classification of generically coded facility parcels (Supplementary File S1). Plan data of Van Metropolitan Municipality and demand-point data derived from them are not included.
