10x Chromium 5' single cell RNA-Seq and VDJ sequencing of colonic CD8+ T cell cell populations in health and Ulcerative Colitis in human patients. Overall design: CD8+ T cells were isolated from colonic biopsies of 3 healthy donors and 3 patients with active Ulcerative Colitis. Cells have been characterized by performing 5' single cell RNA-seq and VDJ sequencing.
