Transcriptomic dataset supporting the study of mistletoe extract in radioresistant rectal cancer cells

This dataset contains transcriptomic data generated from parental SNU-503 rectal cancer cells and the radioresistant derivative SNU-503R80Gy under treatment conditions involving 5-FU and Abnoba Viscum Q®. The dataset includes gene expression profiles, differential expression analysis results, and associated bioinformatics outputs used in the corresponding study. Samples include untreated/reference conditions and Abnoba-treated groups at 5 μg/mL and 20 μg/mL. The dataset is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the transcriptomic analyses reported in the manuscript. Raw FASTQ files are not included in this dataset; the deposited files consist of processed transcriptomic and analysis outputs provided by the sequencing service provider.
