This dataset contains processed two-photon (2P) calcium imaging data, simultaneously recorded behavioral videos and associated metadata. For details on the experimental setup and data acquisition, please refer to the associated publication. The processed data for each fish is provided in a pandas.HDFStore stored in a .h5 file. The HDFStore contains dataframes that can be accessed with the following keys: <ul> <li><code>trials_info</code>: Information about each trial, including the ocular condition, stimulus azimuth and onset time.</li> <li><code>behavior</code></li>: Behavioral data, including the tail angle and left/right eye angles over time. <li><code>tail_tracking</code>: x, y coordinates of 21 points along the tail over time. <li><code>eye_convergences</code>: Detected eye convergence events. <li><code>tail_bouts</code>: Detected tail bouts. <li><code>hunting</code>: Eye convergence events and tail bouts that are associated with hunting events. <li><code>neuron_coords</code>: Coordinates of the neurons in the "sal" brainglobe_space, as well as the coresponding imaging planes. <li><code>timestamps_2p</code>: Timestamps for the 2P imaging data. <li><code>dfof</code>: ΔF/F traces for each neuron. </ul>
