MICRO-CALLS study — diagnostic bone marrow miRNA RT-qPCR ΔCq values (childhood ALL)

Dataset accompanying: Kyriakidis I, et al. miR-223-3p expression at diagnosis and relapse-risk stratification in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia: the MICRO-CALLS study. Per-patient relative expression (ΔCq) values for seven microRNAs quantified by RT-qPCR in diagnostic bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) from 110 children and adolescents with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) enrolled in the MICRO-CALLS study (University of Crete, Greece). miRNA expression was quantified with TaqMan Advanced miRNA Assays (four technical replicates per assay; MIQE 2.0-aligned workflow). ΔCq was calculated as Cq(target) minus the geometric mean Cq of the endogenous reference miRNAs hsa-miR-16-5p and hsa-miR-191-5p (selected by geNorm/BestKeeper stability assessment after inter-plate correction). Higher ΔCq values indicate lower relative expression. Full laboratory methods are described in the Supplementary Information of the associated publication.
