M3Retrieve is a sample benchmark dataset for multimodal retrieval in medicine. The dataset includes query, corpus, and relevancy mapping files. The query files contain image captions and image paths, the corpus files contain text, and the relevancy mapping files are used for evaluating the retrieval performance. The images are categorized and organized based on their medical disciplines. The full dataset will be released upon the successful acceptance of the paper.
