FruitBreedomics_apple_material_description_v2.txt list of the 1447 unique Malus x domestica genotypes analyzed, with the name attributed to the MUNQ (MUNQ_Preferred_name), the ploidy level (Ploidy), the accession number of the accession used to represent the MUNQ in genotyping (Accession_number), the institution holding the accession (Holding_Institution), the country where the institution is located, the accession number of the accession used to represent the MUNQ in the apple reference population, if used (REFPOP_Accession_Number), the institution holding the accession (REFPOP_Accession_Holding_Institution), and the country where the institution is located (Country_REFPOP_Accession_holding_Institution). In column REFPOP_Accession_Number, "additional reference material" and "additional validation material" indicate genotypes used as reference for imputation and for imputation accuracy estimation, respectively, in Jung et al. (2020).
