Single-cell RNA Sequencing Raw Data of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Healthy Controls and Essential Hypertension Patients -stage I

The study included 13 healthy controls and 12 patients with essential hypertension. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected for single-cell RNA sequencing. Each sample file consists of two files:1. _R1.fastq: Contains metadata including cell barcodes and UMI tags.2. _R2.fastq: Contains the actual sequence fragments of transcripts.
