THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN A LEGAL STATE: THE RULE OF LAW AND THE PROVISION OF JUSTICE

This article analyzes the role of prosecutors in a constitutional state, their tasks in ensuring the rule of law and justice. It is shown that prosecutors play an important role in identifying violations of the law, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, combating crime, and ensuring the primacy of the Constitution. The article also highlights the importance of the prosecutor's office in strengthening justice, order, and stability in society.
