Materialien und Konzepte zu Lehrtherapien und Selbsterfahrung in der Psychotherapie – Perspektiven der Integrativen Therapie

Der Beitrag zeigt die theoretischen, praxeologischen und methodischen Grundlagen für Lehrtherapien und Selbsterfahrungsprozesse im Verständnis der Integrativen Therapie auf und liefert damit einen Beitrag zur Ausbildungstheorie im psychotherapeutischen Feld. Integrative Therapie hat in umfangreicher Weise empirische Studien zur Ausbildungsforschung durchgeführt, die die hohe Qualität ihrer Ausbildungspraxis nachgewiesen haben. Im kritischen Blick auf quasireligiöse Sozialisationstraditionen wird die psychoanalytische Praxis der Ausbildung und der Lehranalysen problematisiert und alternativ eine Theorie und Praxis von Lehrtherapie als genderbewusste intersubjektive Hermeneutik dargestellt, in der das Moment des Lehrens von therapierelevanten klinischen Inhalten und einer emanzipierten Lebenskunst und persönlichen Souveränität zentral steht. Praktische Durchführungsanleitungen konkretisieren die Theorie. This text exposes the theoretical, praxeological and methodological foundation for trainingtherapies and self-experiencing processes in the view of Integrative Therapy and offers hereby a contribution to the theory of training psychotherapists in the field of psychotherapy. Integrative Therapy has done extensive empirical research concerning psychotherapy training, which is showing the high quality of its training practice. In critical view on traditions of quasireligious socialisation the psychoanalytic practice of therapy education and their concept training analysis is problematized. An alternative theory and practice of teaching therapy as a gender conscious intersubjective hermeneutics is presented, in which the importance of teaching clinical concepts relevant for therapy and an emancipated art of life and personal sovereignty are core issues.
