The dataset contains body composition data of a group of adults with central obesity. Briefly, longitudinal changes in body composition were measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) during an ongoing randomized controlled trial in adults with central obesity. The results were presented in a thesis entitled "Exercise as a Lifestyle Interventional Strategy to Ameliorate Visceral Obesity".
