Identification of Upf2 and Upf3 targets in N. castellii using RNA-Seq

Here, we performed total RNA-Seq in mutant strains of N. castellii lacking the NMD core factors Upf2 and Upf3, in order to identify lncRNAs and mRNAs that are regulated by NMD in this species. Overall design: Strand-specific total RNA-seq in WT, upf2-delta & upf3-delta cells of N. castellii
