The EcoTrends project was established in 2004 by Dr. Debra Peters (Jornada Basin LTER, USDA-ARS Jornada Experimental Range) and Dr. Ariel Lugo (Luquillo LTER, USDA-FS Luquillo Experimental Forest)
Potential changes in albedo at a spatial resolution of 1 degree and for every month of a climatological year covering 2008-2012 following a vegetation transition amongst 4 broad vegetation classes.
