Transcriptome sequencing of the prefrontal lobe in mice treated with nano-ZnO and control mice.

The experimental mice used in this study were 8-10-week-old C57BL6J male mice obtained from Chengdu Yaokang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. All mice were housed under controlled environmental conditions (12 hours light/dark cycle; 21-24 degrees Celsius) and had free access to food and water. The animals' welfare is strictly observed throughout the research process. The mice were randomly divided into two groups, with a total of 20 mice, and gavage administered nano-ZnO (34mg kg) or an equivalent volume of saline by gavage. The experimental and control group were further divided into behavioral experiments (n=6) and prefrontal cortex transcriptome sequencing mice (4 nano-ZnO and 4 saline).
