Microbiology of drinking water distribution system. freshwater metagenome

Bacterial community of bulk water, suspended solids bacteria, loose deposits bacteria and biofilm bacteria are sampled from drinking water distribution systems, and analyzed by 454 pyrosequencing. The samples were taken at three locations in distribution system, four phases of water, suspended solids, loose deposits and biofilm were taken together.
