R-Script for: UV excited fluorescence spectroscopy for the determination of reconstitution time of an in-vial lyophilised product

R script used for analysing the spectra captured during reconstitution of a lyophilised sample, to obtain a reconstitution time based on the changes in the spectra. Includes script for all 3 methods discussed in the paper, please refer to sections 2.3-2.5.
