This project investigates spatial heterogeneity in three-dimensional cultured human spheroids using a custom micromanipulation system. Viable tissue fragments were aspirated from specific regions of single spheroids and analyzed by SMART-seq-based full-length RNA sequencing. The dataset enables the comparison of gene expression between surface and inner regions, and between mono- and co-culture spheroids composed of NHDF, A549, and hMSC-derived chondrogenic cells.
