This dataset mainly includes experimental equipment, experimental images, and experimental data for studying the release behavior of bound droplets in microporous throats. This article first studied the process of droplet blockage and release under different conditions through a microfluidic visualization experimental system, and obtained the phase diagram of the release state of bound droplets in the microporous throat; By comparing and analyzing the changes in critical flow rate and capillary number of droplet length with droplet release, the influence of nanoparticle surfactants on droplet release behavior was obtained; The mechanism by which nanoparticle surfactants induce interfacial viscoelasticity and inhibit the release of bound droplets in microporous throats was further elucidated through fluorescence experiments. The dataset consists of four files, with file 1 containing three images: the phase diagram of the binding, fragmentation, and direct release of a single droplet at a clean oil-water interface; Phase diagram of binding, fragmentation, and release of individual droplets under the action of nanoparticle surfactants; The effect of different concentrations of nanoparticle surfactants on the critical breaking capillary number and critical release capillary number of a single droplet.
