This data set contains 25km resolution Advanced Scatterometer (ASCAT) ocean surface winds imagery developed by NOAA/NESDIS. The imagery are available during periods when tropical systems (including INVEST) were active in the Western Pacific Ocean during the ITOP field phase. The files are in png format.
